Within Australia
We are Australian owned, and operated, all orders placed on our website are sent from our Australian based warehouse. We offer Free Standard Shipping for all Australian orders over $150.
- Free Shipping for all orders $150 or over
- Flat Rate $10 for orders under $150
- Express Courier Service $15
All orders are sent via Australia Post's Regular Service and take 5-7 business days to arrive after dispatch. In addition, an Express Courier service is available for orders within Australia for $15. These orders will be sent with Couriers or Australia Post's Express Service, and take 3-5 business days to arrive after dispatch.
We love to see our unique pieces loved and worn all over the world, and are excited to offer international shipping to the following locations.
Outside Australia
We now offer shipping to Europe, North America, Canada, South America, Asia, and the UK, the shipping cost varies per location and will be approximated at checkout.

Shipping Delays due to COVID-19
We ask that you please be patient with your orders. Due to COVID-19, domestic and international shipping will be taking a little longer than usual, but please ensure we always do our best to ship our products to you with the most efficient courier possible.

Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are sent via Australia Post or our chosen most efficient courier service. Average delivery times for standard parcels is 8-9 business days, with express estimated between 4-5 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at shop@bandicootaustralia.com to verify.
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Pre-Orders - If your item is under pre-order, please allow 6-8 weeks as your unique item is still being created. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your item is shipped.
