Shipping Policy

Within Australia

We are Australian owned, and operated, all orders placed on our website are sent from our Australian based warehouse. We offer Free Standard Shipping World Wide for all orders over $300 (AUD).

For all other orders, shipping is calculated at checkout. 

All orders are sent via Australia Post's Regular Service and take 5-7 business days to arrive after dispatch. In addition, an Express Courier service is available for orders within Australia. These orders will be sent with Australia Post's Express Service, and take 3-5 business days to arrive after dispatch, depending on your location. 

Outside Australia

We love to see our unique pieces loved and worn all over the world, and are excited to offer international shipping with shipping costs, taxes ect calculated at checkout.

 Processing 

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at shop@bandicootaustralia.com to verify.

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day. 

What does pre-order mean? 

Pre-order means the item is on its way to us but not yet in stock. Purchase now to secure it and, and we'll ship it as soon as it arrives.
